Made our annual trip to France for a nice luncheon and general stocking up of cheap booze, as is the custom if you are a Brit.
This clip will probably only amuse myself and Nadia and possible Mosh and J but hey I'm gonna post it anyway.

Then we wandered around the Shops. The French do Easter in a far more tasteful fashion the the Brits. There isn't a horrible, gaudy branded Easter Egg in sight. Instead the chocolatiers are filled with the most beautiful array of hand crafted chocolates...
After a walk on the beach it was off to the Auchan for some important shopping before catching the train back. It is actually cheaper to buy beer in France than it is to buy it in England where it is brewed. Hurray for our tax regime. Also it is probably sacrelegious to do it, but I also buy predominantly New World wine in Calais mainly because it's cheaper than in the UK but also because it's easier to buy what I know I like. French wine is quite pretentious and relies on you knowing quite a bit about wine and which grapes are grown in which region.
