Edinburgh

Been quiet as I've been in Edinburgh for work for a couple of days and caught up with an old colleague last night rather than sitting in my hotel room on my own.
It is a beautiful city, especially in the sun. Unfortunately Princes Street is being dug up to prepare for the new tram line which will be operational in 2011.
It looks a mess but you can't make public transport without digging up a few roads and there are some interesting shots to be taken like this one through the hoardings around the site.
