QotD: Fluent in...

If you could be fluent in any language (that you don't currently read or speak), which one would it be?

I'd love to speak any language fluently but I'm rubbish at learning languages (English would be a good start, ahem).

But my first choice would be Spanish as it's such a passionate sounding language. I also go to Spanish speaking countries on holiday probably more than any other and I'd loved to go and see an Almodovar film without having to read the subtitles.

Also if I could nail Spanish, I reckon it would be an easy step to Italian...
