What time do you go to bed at night? Do you get enough sleep or would you prefer to get a few more zzzzzs? How often do you dream?
Have never been a good sleeper, even as a child I remember it taking ages to get to sleep. The older I've got the earlier I've started going but then I get up earlier too. Ideally I like to be in bed with a book by 10 light off at 10.30-10.45 depending on how tired I am. But it takes me up to an hour most nights to get to sleep sometimes longer.
I'd love to get more sleep by being able to fall asleep quickly. I'm intensely jealous of people who can sleep anywhere and fall asleep momentarily after their heads hit the people.
